How to submit an effective Issue Report Ticket
Here is how you can submit an issue report ticket that our team can effectively act on:
Issue: Describe the issue for example:
- Sentry stated there was no human activity but there was ( false negative)
- Sentry stated there was human activity when in fact there was not (false positive)
- False alert: My clip list does not have a Sentry icon indicating human activity, but I received an alert (SMS/Text) anyway.
- Weird behavior: <description, as best as you can>
